Blood Flow Restriction Training

Blood flow restriction (BFR) training involves wearing compression cuffs that alter the blood flow to your muscles in a safe manner. This means you can use less weight and still build mass. BFR training is perfect for those returning from injuries that need to build muscles around injury site while not being able to load up weight.
